Booking & Payment Policy

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and begin necessary arrangements, including visa processing, hotel reservations, permits, and guide coordination.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.

Reservations are confirmed only once the deposit has been received

Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Credit or Debit Card (5% processing fee applies)

  • Bank Transfer (ACH / Wire)

  • Zelle

Payment details will be provided upon request.

After Deposit Confirmation

Once your deposit is received, we will

  • Secure accommodations and licensed guides

  • Initiate visa processing and permits

  • Finalize your detailed itinerary

  • Provide assistance with flight planning if needed

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • More than 30 days before travel: Deposit refundable minus any visa fees or processing costs already incurred

  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% of the total trip cost refundable

  • Less than 15 days before travel: Non-refundable due to confirmed bookings, permits, and logistical arrangements

Please note that any government fees, visa costs, or permits that have already been processed may be non-refundable.
