Day 1: Arrival in Paro & Transfer to Thimphu
- Arrive in Paro and transfer to Thimphu. Visit the National Memorial Chorten and local craft shops.
Day 2: Thimphu to Bumthang
- Fly to Bumthang. Explore the Jakar Dzong and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Bumthang Valley.
Day 3: Bumthang Ura Tshechu - Day 1
- Participate in the first day of the Ura Tshechu. Witness vibrant mask dances and engage with the local festive atmosphere.
Day 4: Bumthang Ura Tshechu - Day 2
- Continue enjoying the festival’s performances and spiritual activities. Explore nearby attractions and interact with locals.
Day 5: Bumthang Exploration
- Visit spiritual and historical sites in Bumthang, such as the Jambay Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples, and the Kurjey Lhakhang, a sacred site believed to hold the body imprint of Guru Rinpoche. Also, take a serene walk around the Mebar Tsho (Burning Lake), a revered pilgrimage site.
Day 6: Explore Tang Valley
- Head to the Tang Valley, known for its stunning landscapes and rich history. Visit the Ogyen Choling Palace Museum, which provides insights into Bhutanese culture and the traditional life of a noble family. Enjoy the tranquil environment and learn about local customs.
Day 7: Ura Valley and Ura Tshechu - Day 1

Day 8: Ura Tshechu Festival - Day 2

Day 10: Trongsa to Paro

Day 11: Tiger’s Nest Hike
